Welcome to Sincere Zone Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd – an electrical retailer dealing with appliances for home and kitchen, audio & visual, indoor air quality products, and etc. Incorporated in the year 1995, we have been helping our customers select  their electrical appliances through our warm and honest expertise.

We sell a wide range of electrical appliances for your home and among them are washing machines, fans, water heaters, water purifiers, refrigerators, cooker hoods, TVs, home theater systems, air-conditioners and air purifiers. We welcome you any time at our store to have a hands-on experience on the actual products. Our staffs will even provide you with demonstrations to get to know the product better. When you shop with us, you are given the opportunity to extend the warranty period on top of the warranty given by the manufacturer. With a small additional fee , you can have peace of mind  that your appliance will be secured for a longer time.

For appliances that are not within warranty period, we offer our repairing specialties to get your appliances back in working order. Our technicians will be able to come to your home to troubleshoot the problem. If possible, the repairing actions will be done on-site. Otherwise, our delivery team will collect the appliance and transport it to the workshop for further repairing. In addition, we also provide standard or custom installation services for appliances which may be a hassle for you to set up, for instance – air conditioners, water heaters, cooker hoods or anything else upon request.

Sincere Zone was established as a child company of Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd (BHB). BHB was founded in 1961 and has come a long way since then. In the year 2005, a new brand was established under BHB Group – Kitchentech. Kitchentech is an integrated technology center that caters to the new lifestyle trend where young and energetic food lovers can enjoy cooking in a state-of-the-art environment. It is a one-stop solution for built-in kitchen appliances and has a wide range of high-quality products imported from Europe and the United States.
